Conference Aims:
The Outlook Conference is a forum to examine contexts, problems and issues of local exchange trade systems within a framework of social and economic development, especially within developing countries. Document and present initiatives, case studies and research, for advancing new developing projects, both within individual countries and through collaboration between and among countries. Discover feasible and appropriate ways to build new “Local Economic Development” among governments, NGO, and citizens, and to strengthen systems that promote community development through social and economic development.
We Will:
Focus on the community good in achieving human welfare. Integrate social and economic development with human welfare issues. Search for community development solutions that enable people (particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged people) to participate effectively within our societies. Promote new kind of international cooperation for governments, non governmental organization, and international organisations.

Profile of Participants
The course is intended to be an opportunity for further training for Italian people who:
- are experienced in International Cooperation activities; are committed to prepare themselves for the have the willingness to cooperate and create together during the training course;
- are strongly motivated to develop an environmental project;
- are motivated to undergo training and able to attend the course for its full duration;
- are able to communicate and work in at least one of the two working languages of this training course (English, Italian).
